The land we own is ecologically diverse, enabling us to generate a wide range of habitat units for sale in support of BNG requirements. Our site includes a high-quality, species-rich hay meadow – a priority habitat under BNG metrics – which allows us to supply various distinct habitat types. This diversity ensures we can meet a broad spectrum of unit needs, including those with specific habitat classifications and distinctiveness levels. Whether you require grassland, woodland, or other habitat units, we are well-positioned to provide bespoke solutions aligned with current BNG standards and ecological best practice.
If you require a large number of units outside the current LPA areas, we currently have availability to meet your needs. Additionally, we are open to purchasing land in neighbouring LPA's or NGA's that align with your development requirements and our vision of providing units that support and enhance wildlife habitats.
